The shipping company need some time (Singapore airmail: 1-3 days, HK airmail 1 week) to update the status of this package on their website after we provide the tracking number.
If the parcel doesn't arrive in 2 months after the order is shipped, we could arrange reshipment for normal airmail orders with insurance to most countries. For South American countries, we could start the investigation if the package doesn't arrive in 2 months and arrange the reshipment 3 months after the order shipping date if there is no information on the tracking site.

(2) Shipping Time
Shipping time is 5-15 working days to most countries, 2-4 weeks for Brazil and Russia.
If it has not been signed by the receiver in 2-3 days (DHL) or 1 week (EMS) or 2 weeks (Registered Airmail), the package would be returned to the sender, so please pay attention to the arriving time of the package.

1: Please check if you received everything you ordered.
If there is an item missing, please check everywhere in the box, and please take a picture of the box with the weight on it and contact us at email@example.com with the order number.
2: Please check if there is any damage or defective part of the item.
If there is, please take a photo /video of the item & the box, and then send them to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with the order number.
3: If the item you received doesn't work, please check the following aspects first:
a. Make sure to put the correct battery in correct way if there is battery involved
b. Make sure the item you ordered is compatible with the part you are using, and every part is in good condition.
c. Make sure you are using the correct way to start the item.
If you do not know how to use the item, please contact us or your friends who are familiar with it for help first, in case unnecessary damage might be caused by Improper Handling.
4: If you want to return the item, please do contact us with picture of the item, order# and reason to return at email@example.com for RMA# and return address before you ship it back. The sender address on the package is not our return address. We could not receive that returned package if you just deny it.
